Rule 31 Mediator in Tennessee since 1998. Mediated dozens of compliciated commercial disputes, patent, trademark and copyright disputes, and disputes arising out of business break-ups. Author of numerous articles on mediation and lecturer on ADR at CLE workshops, Bar Association seminars and trade association meeting.
