Judith P. Meyer, Esq. has more than twenty years experience as a mediator and an arbitrator. She is skilled in resolving contract, environmental, employment, construction, tort, personal injury, malpractice, insurance, class actions, bankruptcy, franchise, and UM/UIM disputes. Ms. Meyer has served as a mediator or arbitrator on a number of high profile ADR panels including the September 11 Victims’ Compensation Fund of 2001, EEOC Mediation Services Panel, National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., USA Track and Field Olympic Trials, Doping Grievances Panel, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and Philadelphia Commerce Court as a Judge Pro Tem.
