Background
I have for over 40 years been a trial Lawyer representing Plaintiffs and Defendants . I mediate full time now but tried nearly 100 jury cases and have mediated over 1000 cases involving over 1,500 Lawyers with up to 14 parties. I am a Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators , the American College of Civil Trial Mediators , The American College of Trial Lawyers, The International Academy of Trial Lawyers . Certified Civil By KS .
Education/Training
University of Kansas BA in economics and JD.The basic 40 hour course in mediation and National courses in Construction Mediation (Pepperdine) and CLE from ACCTM and IAM annually.
