Active nationwide practice including mediation, arbitration, fact-finding, and other forms of ADR in the private and public sectors. Currently serves as permanent arbitrator under national agreements for major television networks, manufacturers, professional sports, aerospace industry, and various government agencies.
In addition to her individual practice, Parker serves as a principal along with Peter Meyers, in Dispute Resolution Associates, a firm specializing in fact-finding, settlement counseling, and other forms of neutral investigation work, all geared toward litigation avoidance and the prompt and economical resolution of workplace, commercial, and other disputes.
Parker also serves on the three-member Federal Reserve System Employment Relations Board, which adjudicates unfair practice and representation disputes involving the Federal Reserve Banks.

Background
Parker has handled thousands of labor-management, employment, and commercial arbitration and mediation cases. She is experienced in a broad array of issues, including contract interpretation, wrongful termination, discipline, employment discrimination, pensions and benefits, and general workplace and commercial disputes. She is a noted speaker and author of two books and numerous articles on employment and labor relations topics. Previously, she was a tenured professor and Director of the Graduate Program in Industrial Relations and Human Resources at Rutgers University. Parker currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Arbitration Association, Co-Chair of the AAA's National Labor-Management Task Force, Chair of the AAA's Employment Arbitration Advisory Council, and member of the National Academy of Arbitrators. She is also a member of the USA Track & Field Olympic Trials Doping Grievances Panel and the employment mediation & arbitration panel of the CIGNA Insurance Co. She is an Adjunct Professor of labor law, arbitration, and dispute resolution at Rutgers University.
