Mr. Roscoe serves exclusively as a mediator and arbitrator nationwide. He brings almost twenty years experience in the resolution of disputes related to commercial, technical, contract, employment, medical, environmental, telecommunications, public policy and international matters.
Mr. Roscoes mediation experience includes mediating complex, multi-party matters, Supreme Court cases and international conflict situations. His Arbitration experience includes a wide range of domestic and international matters. As an adjunct professor of law and trainer in the public and private sectors, Mr. Roscoe teaches mediation, negotiation, and design of dispute resolution programs.

Education/Training

Fees
$3750 for the first day, $475 per additional hour.
