Ms. Bassis, a lawyer for 23 years, is an accomplished mediator (16 years) and mediation trainer (13 years). She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of U.C. Berkeley, California, and she received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. As an ADR pioneer in California, Ms. Bassis brings her worldview of mediation to the mediation table and to the classroom. As faculty for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and other institutions, Ms. Bassis has provided mediation training to thousands of lawyers and other professionals during the last 13 years.
