IAM Distinguished Fellow John Sturrock Awarded
IAM Distinguished Fellow, John Sturrock, was recently awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Laws by Edinburgh Napier University in recognition of his "significant contributions to mediation and the training of the legal profession over a number of years." John was also recently named as Mediator of the Year at the Law Awards of Scotland.
Jeff Kichaven presented with Award for Excellence in Mediation
On April 1, 2010, Jeff Kichaven was presented with its Award for Excellence in Mediation by the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center.

Marvin Johnson Receives Robert M. Bell Award 5/12/2010
Marvin E. Johnson, Esq. is the 2010 recipient of the Chief Judge Robert M. Bell Award for Outstanding Contribution to ADR in the State of Maryland. Mr. Johnson received the award at the Maryland State Bar ADR Section's Annual Spring Dinner in Annapolis on March 18. The award is named after The Honorable Robert M. Bell, Chief Judge of Maryland Court of Appeals, a distinguished jurist and leader who has shown a long-standing commitment to ADR throughout his career.
