Although he has a broad subject matter background, much of his practice involves: Professional Malpractice, Construction, Catastrophic Injury Cases, Employment, Business Disputes, and Complex Multi-party Litigation.

Background
Pat has been mediating full time since 1993, and has settled over 2,000 cases. He has an extensive business and law background having practiced law in Florida, California, and Maine. He was a founing Director of the Private Adjudication Center at Duke, and a menber of numerous professional organizations.
