Active nationwide practice including arbitration, mediation, fact-finding, and other forms of ADR in the private and public sectors. Currently serves as permanent arbitrator for various airlines, railroads, manufacturers, municipalities, and government agencies.
In addition to his individual practice, Meyers serves as a principal along with Joan Parker in Dispute Resolution Associates, a firm specializing in fact-finding, settlement counseling, and other forms of neutral investigation work all geared toward litigation avoidance and the prompt and economical resolution of workplace, commercial, and other disputes.

Background
Meyers has been involved in thousands of labor/management, employment, commercial, insurance, and securities cases as an arbitrator, mediator, and fact-finder. Meyers previously practiced law and represented unions, management, and employees in all types of litigation and he tried numerous cases to a jury verdict.
