Tim's professional career as a litigator and Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist spans nearly 30 years. As a lawyer, Tim handled civil, personal injury, medical malpractice, police misconduct, insurance issues and some criminal and family law cases. Tim also taught the art of Trial Practice at the law school level and served as a judge Pro Tempore for local courts during the first 20 years of his career.
Twenty years ago Tim began arbitrating cases for many Southern California courts but was determined to follow the mandates of the authors of the California Judicial Arbitration Program by helping the litigators resolve their dispute themselves. From that time on Tim has handled over 4,000 mediations or arbitrations.
Tim is now a full-time mediator handling a wide variety of cases including dispute over money, ideas, human rights, ownership of property and community issues.
Over the years Tim has been a member of many professional organizations including the State Bar of California, The American Bar Association, Southern California Defense Counsel, The Consumer Attorneys of California and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Tim is now active with the State Bar of California, the ABA Dispute Resolution Section, The American College of Civil Trial Mediators, The California Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and The Southern California Mediation Association.
Tim is married and has four children. His wife Linda is a certified financial planner. He and Linda are both Ironman Triathletes.

Fees
$400.00 per hour; $4000.00 per day (includes ordinary preparation time, lunch and/or dinner when the session is at our office) Mr. Corcoran will travel away from the Redlands office at the rate of $5,000 per day plus travel expenses.
