Background
I am a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, as well as of IAM. I have been selected 6X as a Georgia SuperLawyer in ADR, and 2X as One of the Top 100 Lawyers in GA. I am a past president of the 6000 member Atlanta Bar, I have chaired its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Sections, and chaired The Dispute Resolution Section of the GA bar, and serve in its Bd of Governors. I have also served in the American Bar's House of Delegates. I am listed in The Best Lawyers in America in ADR. I have been an AV rated trial lawyer for 30 years. My wife, Merry, and I have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. I enjoy motorcycling, ATVing,shooting, walking in the woods, and reading.
