A FREE WALKING TOUR that explores the multicultural heritage of the city of Vancouver.

Explore some of the most “colourful” parts of Vancouver’s history on this fun & entertaining walking tour. Visit Canada’s largest Chinatown where you’ll experience the multicultural side of our metropolitan city.

Starting near the Vancouver Art Gallery, this fun, interactive tour moves East along Georgia Street to introduce you to the Vancouver Public Library, discuss some of Vancouver’s most influential citizens and looks back at the militarization during the World Wars. From there you’ll move into Chinatown where your local guide will introduce you to the Associations, Yip Sang, Dr. Sun Yat Sen and many other influential Chinese immigrants who played a major role not only in Vancouver’s young history, but their influence spread world wide.

On this 2 hour easy-walking tour we give a complete overview of downtown Vancouver and explores some of the oldest parts of town. Our unique style of combining history with pure entertainment, stories & jokes has made us one of the most popular walking tour companies in Canada!

Tours start at 11am and last approximately 2 hours

Where to meet:  Tours meet outside of the glass atrium entrance to the Pacfic Centre Mall, located at 701 W Georgia Street at Howe St. (North-East corner of Howe & Georgia, the "glass igloo" looking entrance). Click here for a map.

Where it ends: This tour ends in Chinatown near Dr. Sun Yat Sen Classical Chinese Gardens approximately 2 hours later. Click here for a map.

Cost:  FREE! There is no charge for the tour itself, but your guides work very hard for tips. Because you choose what you pay, you are guaranteed you’ll have a GREAT tour!

It's different for everyone. It's different each time.  And it's yours to re-discover.
